This is the second time I'm boarding my dogs here, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. I feel so safe leaving my babies here while I'm gone. I'm allowed to call and check up on them, the staff will take pictures and text them to me (see attached), and you can tell everyone who works here is an absolute animal lover. I dropped them off this time, and a couple of the staff remember my dog and had a memory to share from their first visit. Will definitely, definitely be returning. đź©·
We bring our dog here during the week for play school and during trips when we're out of town for boarding. The staff is fantastic with the owners and pets alike. They know our dog by name and greet him when we show up to drop him off. They are great at communicating with us with how our dog is doing and if there are any concerns we should keep an eye on. We have had great experiences with Five Points Kennels.

We took our dogs here for the first time, for boarding while on vacation. Our experience was amazing! As soon as we walked in we felt the positive energy and our dogs felt it too. Every staff member that we interacted with was very pleasant. Whether that was in person or over the phone to check in on our pups!

We absolutely love Five Points, and more importantly, so does our dog Mitch! The Five Points staff go above and beyond to treat our pup like he's family. He's always so excited to go, and they are always so excited to see him. They take wonderful care of our dog who is fearful of strangers, and struggles with other dogs - if you're dog is similar, we recommend calling and talking through your options with Five Points! This is one of the best kennels we've ever dealt with. They treat you like a VIP and they are exceptionally good with small dogs they will go away all the way to keep your pet in good shape they will take photos and send it to you daily and you can call and they will give you any information they can they're one of the best outfits I have ever seen. It is owned by a retired police officer I don't know him personally but he seems to really keep the best of people there. If I was going to go anywhere with my pet it would be here.
I have used Five Points for several years and have had nothing but good experiences! When I first went in to see the facility, they were more than happy to show me around and explain difference sizes of suites and pricing. They also explained any “extras” we could add on. We started off by using Playschool for our two dogs before boarding them. We boarded our two dogs together for a few years, until unfortunately one of our dogs passed away. We now board our only dog there still and we were worried the first time he was boarded without his brother. He did great and the staff was more than happy to give me updates while we were away! I love the online customer portal where I can do everything from uploading vaccination records to booking boarding stays. I drive 45 minutes one way to use Five Points and will continue to do so!
